GLN VP of Strategic Development discuss Connected Television and 495 Communication

GLN VP of Strategic Development, Bret Polanski describes 495's decade long success in digital advertising, the connect television space and integration with GLN. 495 Communications, a GLN digital property, increased its portfolio of Connected Television (“CTV”) Roku channels by 40% since the acquisition in December 2018.

Currently, more than 164 million U.S. internet users access video content via CTV, with this number predicted to grow up to 204.1 million viewers in 2022(1). GLN anticipated the growth of CTV (and associated decline of traditional cable TV) and transitioned into the space through the acquisition of 495 and ImpressionX. Since the acquisition in December 2018, 495 has significantly grown its platform of Roku channels capitalizing on the increase of consumers using CTV. The increase in channels will provide more monetization opportunities for 495, and potentially add to GLN’s combined annual revenue. 495’s platform is now being powered by GLN’s proprietary technology, with channels across a variety of subjects including: sports, cooking, comedy, music, and movies.

GLN's VP of Technology discusses the liability of collecting PII (Personal Identifiable Information)

GLN's programmatic video advertising technology does not collect PII (Personal Identifiable Information). VP of Technology Chris Bradley discusses how GLN's platform is unique in an industry plagued by social platform's data breaches and use of PII to target advertising to consumers.

GLN VP of Tech discusses the Company's AR strategy using Blockchain

GLN's VP of Technology, Chris Bradley discusses how our patent-pending blockchain strategy will solve the accounts receivable challenge facing the industry. One of the biggest challenges for media companies is sustaining cash flow while working to collect AR. Typically media AR is paid on 60, 90, 120 and even 180-day cycles, tying up billions of dollars of working capital across the digital publishing industry. GLN’s AR solution using blockchain technology is designed to substantially accelerate the AR payment cycle using a SEC regulated security token. This solution will provide next day payments to publishers without requiring third party intermediaries such as factoring agents.
